What Causes Nausea, Headaches And Extreme Fatigue?

For the last 10-12 days I have had nausea, headaches, extreme fatigue, diarreha and no appetite. My daughter has a serious medical condition and has been in and out of the hospital every 2 weeks since Jan. I am not sure if the stress has finally hit me or something else is going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome.
First of all its unfortunate to learn about your daughter. I wish for her good health and recovery.
Now it appears you are going through lot of stress. Your health may have been ignored. It could also be a viral infection caught in or around the medical centre.
You need proper sleep and timely healthy meals. Increase your fruits and vegetables intake. Keep Yourself hydrated. ORS solution is recommended especially post loo visits. Take Paracetamol 500 tablets not more than 2 times a day. Hydration and rest is the key. If Symptoms persist or worsen till next week you need to get some tests done.

Hope I answered your query
Wishing you and your daughter good health.
Thank you, Take care.
