What Causes Nausea, Headache And High Blood Pressure?
I have a head and neck ache, nausea and feel like my heart is racing , can feel it in my chest and up into my throat. Usually only last 5 mins or so but happening more since it started 3 days ago. Blood pressure went to 144/98, within 15 mins it was back to normal 115/82. What s possibly going on? I m a 57 year old female in good health.

From history it seems that you might be having some coronary pain like angina producing this type of pain and sensation.
You might require EKG to rule out cardiac ailment.
Go for lipid profile and cardiac enzyme test.
