General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your temperature is indicating low grade fever. Feeling nauseous, dizzy, headaches and low grade fever are indicative for possible:
- viral infection
- dehydration

I advise to increase water intake and have your meals regularly. Monitoring of blood pressure and sugar levels is also highly recommended.

If the symptoms won't subside within a week time, then, should consult with your doctor for further evaluation.

Wish fast recovery!
