What Causes Nausea, Fever And Sore Throat?

I stopped my norditropin 1 week ago last night. I have managed to not get sick thus winter when my coworkers have repeatedly been sick and that is a very true statement. Well I got sick last night with I m guessing a virus. Nausea, fever, sore throat and headache. Is this a result of stopping HG or not?

No its not related to it. Its simple viral flu and will resolve itself in few days with following symptomatic care:
> Take levocetirizine one at night for 5 days.
> Take acetaminophen for pain & fever
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.

AVOID:
> Chilled water
> Drinks
> Spicy food
