My boyfriend did something really stupid and had been smoking spice out of a plastic pen tube for about a week or two. a lot. now he keeps getting really nauseas, dizzy, blurred vision, head ache, getting really hot, and just feeling sick constantly. what could be wrong? should we get him to a doctor or would a nurse like at minute clinic be able to provide help?

Yikes!
Spice (synthetic marijuana) has more stress hormone effect than regular marijuana. This can even be associated with stroke--which is incredibly rare with regular marijuana. While nausea, dizziness, headache ARE NOT STROKE, they are pretty common for elevated blood pressure.
Alternatively, it can just be a natural reaction to any new chemical. Chemicals .. espeically ones that are new to the body and that can get into the brain easily, can get into thte part of the brain that causes nausea and trigger that reaction. (area postrema)
