What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Mild Headaches?

I am a 70 year old female. I have had the following symptoms for the past couple of days. I wake up feeling well and energetic. After working a short time I get over-heated - shortly after that I feel nauseated, dizzy, faint, very tired, slight headache and slightly shaky.
