What Causes Nausea, Dizziness And Labored Breathing?

I was nauseous all of a sudden and felt dizzy and tired with labored breathing yesterday when I was out at a Lowe s store. I came home and laid down and felt better as long as I didn t get up and move around. I had a fever of the highest of 100.4 yesterday. I decided to go on in to an American Family Care facility and was given a steroid, as well as an antibiotic shot and a prescription for Allegra D. I was not given any specific diagnosis; other than it looked like I had the beginning stages of a viral infection. I feel better today----taking it easy at home. Some background information on me: I am a 37 year old woman, and i dont smoke or drink. I recently stopped taking a corticosteroid ointment presribed med that i had been using back and forth over many years (for sebhorreic dermatitis. I currently only take the prescribed medication Integra (have been on it for about 3 weeks------prescribed by dermatologist)and I use ketoconazole shampoo. I take the supplements biotin, vitamin D3, and turmeric on a daily basis. I work in an old building that has been known to have mold and others have gotten sick from the quality of air in the building. I am also constantly exposed to someone who has a sinus infection and who coughs regularly on the job which seems to be agitated by the environment of the sick building. I did not have any blood tests done or have any levels checked yesterday when I went in to see the Dr. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection in March of this year, but otherwise I am generally healthy. What is your opinion? Any advice that you can give? Thank you for reading this.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

You are having acute respiratory infection which caused you all those symptoms and it doesn't have anything to do with your regular medication. If you are better than day 1 then continue the same treatment other re-consult your treating physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
