What Causes Nausea , Dizziness And Chest Pain?

I've been feeling weak, dizzy and nauseated. I also have chest pain. This has been going on since friday. Friday morning I vomited a few times, but it stopped pretty quickly. I feel like i'm just getting worse. I have an appointment with my family doctor on thursday and i'm wondering if I should just wait to see him, or should i be heading to the emergency room?

HI
Well come to HMC
The chances of hyperacidity would be likely and this need to be managed first and for that the best option would be Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, and Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, you have not mentioned you age and gender this was mandatory here. (Comment:- According to age and gender pathophysiology changes, and so the Diagnosis, Prognosis, medicines too )
I find this answer helpful
