What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea And Green Stool And Vomit?

I have been feeling nauseous for the past two days. Yesterday was the worst, I couldn't eat anything all day. All I had was lots of water. I have diarrhea almost hourly and I always have the need to vomit. Yesterday though, my stool and vomit were green. What does this mean and is it dangerous?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello , my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi .
I understand your concern. It looks like a food poisoning.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Avoid food for the first few hours as your stomach settles down.
- Drink water, broth, or an electrolyte solution, which will replace the minerals that you lose with vomiting and diarrhea.
Eat when you feel ready, but start with small amounts of bland, nonfatty foods
-Get plenty of rest.

Hope my answer was helpful.
Kind regards!
