What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea And Extreme Exhaustion?
The stomach bug recently went through my entire family, nauseous and diarrhea with extreme exhaustion for 24 hours. I manages to escape and thought I was in the clear but yesterday afternoon around 3 I suddenly felt achy all over especially in my neck and back. I went home to rest and felt. Little nauseous overnight but never actually got sick. Today I have been just resting but am still achy all over. Does this sound like it. Outd be related to what the rest of my family had with different symptoms or something else entirely?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms given here or described here are not the clear evidence of stomach infection but it seems to be nonspecific one if this want to be ruled out then it may require clinical examination and some tests hope this information helps.
