What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea And Abdominal Bloating?

I started with nausea and diarrhea Saturday morning. Diarrhea subsided Sunday morning. Now I have servere bloating, and I woke up with what felt heartburn. But then it developed into severe abdominal pain, cyclic in nature. Comes on intense for about 3-5 minutes, then goes away only to return. I have had 4 of these episodes in the last hour. I would rate my pain about 8/10...

Hi Thank you for query. This may be due to Infection or gastritis or GERD.Avoid carbonated drinks, hot spicy foods. Take chewable antacids or syrup.Take ranitidine tablets. Consult your doctor if it does not subside for examination and management.
