Understanding your concern .As per your query you have nausea, chest tightness and breathing difficulty . There can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like benign paroxysmal positional angina , acid reflux , chest infection . The symptoms you mention in query can also occur due to cardiac problem like heart attack , so consult cardiologist without any delay, who may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe sedative , betablockers , isosorbid nitrate along with diuretic . I would suggest you to consult chest specialist or gastroenterologist for acid reflux for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order chest x-ray . Taking steam will also be helpful.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
