What Causes Nausea, Bloating And Severe Abdominal Pain?
Yesterday I was awakened by severe stomach - abdominal pain. I treated it with gas relief Meds. I vomited twice and eventually the major pain subsided. Today, I ve been nauseated all day. My stomach is bloated. I m now taking pepto. Is this something I can wait out till I can see my reg. doctor or should I seek emergency care?

It may be due to several causes.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen after physician consultation.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
Till then for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen and dicyclomine.
For nausea you can take tablet ondensetron
Keep your self hydrated
