What Causes Nausea, Back Pain And Left Sided Abdominal Pain?

I AM EXPERIENCING ABDOMINAL PAIN ON THE LEFT SIDE. IT STARTED ALONG MY BACK, MID LEFT SIDE AND THEN MOVED AROUND THE FRONT TO JUST BELOW THE RIBS. if I set still I feel fine but there is pain when I walk around or cough. I also feel slightly nauseous.

According to your symptoms you might be suffering from angina pectoris. Angina pectoris can cause pain in left upper abdomen & can radiate to left back, shoulder or jaw.
Angina pectoris is kind of reversible mild heart attack. In this problem occur with exercise or physical activity & disappears when resting. Patient can also have coughing due to fluid retention in lungs.
You should take medicine like isosorbide nitrate or nitroglycerin

Refer to a cardiologist
