What causes nausea and vomiting in the evenings?

I have been experiencing nausea and vomiting every evening for the past three days. I feel fine in the morning and can eat breakfast and lunch, but by late afternoon I start feeling sick. I can t keep anything down. As soon as I eat something, I throw it up. I have been eating different things each day, and my family has been eating the same foods with no problems. There is no chance I am pregnant, and I had my appendix removed 30 years ago.

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ) and anti emetic like domperidone will be helpful. Check your blood pressure also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
