What Causes Nausea And Vomiting After Taking A Birth Control Pill?
I took my first birth control pill on Sunday with no side effects. On Monday I took the second and woke up 4 hours later feeling nauseous and vomited a few times through the night. Do you think the nauseous and vomiting is due to the pill or something I ate. It felt like food poisoning because I was feeling hot and cold throughout the night.

Nausea and vomiting can be due to food poisoning also since you had outside food.
Feverish, chills and rigors, generalized body aches, nausea and vomiting, all are symptoms of food poisoning and all this can be eliminated by taking antibiotics of appropriate dosage for your body weight.
I don't think, control pills can cause you this nor pregnancy morning syndrome can be the cause of your nausea and vomiting.
