Nausea,
vomiting,tremors,giddiness as you decribed is possible after exercise can be due to many reasons.It can be mainly because of overexertion combined with
dehydration.
You need not worry as it can be taken care of.
If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-Avoid heavy eating just before your exercise.
You can have
carbohydrate rich food atleast one hour before exercise.
-Avoid overexercising.Take gaps between sets to let your body cool down.
-Main yourself well hydrated by taking water containing electrolytes.
-If there is history of similar episodes of nausea in past which is exaggerated by exercising,there is possibility of gastroesophageal reflux.In that case,antacids or
omeprazole can be taken in morning.
-Avoid fried,spicy food.
Have minimum 8 hours of sleep.
