Hi. Welcome to HCM.
There are many causes of nausea in a diabetic patient, the most important being gastropathy , a condition when your stomach tends to become sluggish and result in distension leading to constant nausea and bloating. The cause of this is damaged nerve supply of stomach.
Tiredness is another symptom of diabetes due to inability of your muscles to carry normal metabolism of sugars. These two things can happen even when your diabetic control is good.
Take short meals at frequent intervals and resting adequately will help. An expert diabetician can offer a solution on consultation after thorough examination.
Hope this helps.
