What Causes Nausea And Stomach Upset?

I have had nausea and upset stomach for 6 months. My bms have changed and have gotten a lot softer and more frequent. I have lost 25lbs in the last 2 months. I've had ultrasounds blood tests and h pylori test and haven't found any answers. What's wrong with me

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
6 months is a long to suffer from nausea and upset stomach. Losing weight of 25 lbs over 2 months and having softer and more frequent motions with normal ultrasound, blood test and negative H. pylori tests can be due to gastritis or hiatus hernia with associated stress and/or anxiety.
Hence you need the following at the earliest to get a proper diagnosis which is very important for a proper treatment.
Upper GI endoscopy.
Barium swallow, meal and follow-through.
Tests of stool and urine too.
Blood for thyroid and liver function tests.
All these things with a proper clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist will help you to get a proper diagnosis and management.
