What Causes Nausea And Stomach Bloating?

Hello Dr.
My Husband has been feeling dizzy and nauseous for the past one week. He has bloating of his tummy and burps a lot.His blood and stool reports are clear.
Doctors say it could be a case of viral gastritis.
Please advice. Can I give him econorm ?

Well come to HCM
Gastritis is very likely and this can be treated with Tab Doxycycline 100mg once in day for 7 days and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg, Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for few weeks, no need to worry about this, take care.
