Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to Have gastritis following irritation, inflammation of inner lining of stomach.(spicy food, excessive alcohol, fast, contaminated food).Take rest, Have sips of ice cold milk very slowly.if you can digest that ,take an OTC pill Zantac (reducing acid secretion on stomach) continue taking old milk 2 hourly. Followed by bland, cool food. If no relief with this go to ER for medical advise/I.V. fluids as per need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
