Hello,

I think you are suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease. Since you say, you have severe midsternal pain and nausea it more tells us about the gastrointestinal problems. You need to see if you have gastritis then you need to take gastritis tablets like omeprazole or Rantac for 7-14 days before food. If you have reflux, then you need to sleep 30-degree head up in order to prevent it. Take time to time meals. Have a lesser quantity one time. Take 6-8 times meals per day. Don't sleep before two hours of food intake. Don't take oily and spicy foods. Don't take foods after eight pm night.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
