What Causes Nausea And Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

good morning dr.

yesterday i had a normal day, and after 2hrs of lunch i started gfeeling nausea and controlled - this started with pain in middle of chest which then went to the upper part of my lt arm then had unusual motion few times and finally at 5.00 started throwing up, noticed that this happened last month as well, out of blue pain - in chest, ending up in vomiting and motion.

but yesterday i had blood at the end of my vomiting session and this morning i am fine with pain in abdominan and headache.

in 2009 i had a heart attack.

why do u think i am having these vomiting session.
