What Causes Nausea And Indigestion?

Yesterday I woke up around 4:30 am feeling nauseous. My son had a stomach bug a week ago. I had felt like I had indigestion when I went to bed. Spent the day in bed, no diarrhea or vomiting, dry heaved once. Today felt much better, still didn t feel like eating but better. An hour ago, developed a tension headache, pulse rate elevated standing, normal to slightly elevated sitting. Sitting bp was 130/86. Mine usually runs 120/70 or lower. I m thirty-eight and healthy.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be indigestion. Indigestion may be due to heavy food, less physical activit or infections. You can take tab, Diapepesin P, tab. ondensetron, tab. pantoprazole after consultation. You may require ultrasound abdomen after consultation. Take light food. Do regular exercise. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
