I was suddenly overcome by nausea on Saturday. It was accompanied by a thready pulse or and feeling of weakness/ faint I also felt very concerned. I sat down and took a few deep breaths and it subsided. I walked a couple miles later that day. I had been under stress from a week of argumentative step grandchildren. I would say panic attack but is nausea indicative of this or something else.
