What Causes Nausea And Dizziness?

Gud afternoon sir.... I am 22 yrs old me and my husband had sexual contact without penetration on 2nd October..after that this month my periods not came... I done pregnancy test in home all r negativee.... But I have nausea& faintingggg.... I came back from Delhi to tamilnaduu.... Am I pregnant or because of climate changes my periods is not comingg???????

Delay in other wise regular periods in fertile age... first possibility is pregnancy.
Pregnancy test of urine done at home is positive after 8 days delay in periods.
Please repeat it at a proper time.. to confirm presence or absence of pregnancy.
-ve test can be due to physical or psychological stress/weakness/hormonal imbalancelike thyroid or ovarian problems.In such a case confirmation is done by investigations &expert gynecologist's /endocrinologist's advice followed by specfic treatment.
