What Causes Nausea And Dizziness After Taking Percocet?

Hello, this morning I had my upper wisdom teeth extracted via general anesthetic. I was prescribed Percocet and penicillin by my oral surgeon. I am currently feeling some side effects that I am not sure are normal. I am experiencing some nausea and dizziness which I attributing to the Percocet but I havebeen feeling hot (not sweaty but like the room is too warm). When I took my temperature both times today it has been low, in the 97.2-97.3 range. Is that normal, to feel hot but have a low body temp at once?

Hi,
The penicillin may make you feel a little flushed. This is the most likely cause of the hot feeling you are experiencing. It is likely to settle after a few doses.
