General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history it can be some obstructive growth or chronic tonsillitis like condition....

Your posterior pharynx should be examined first..
If tonsillar enlargement present then swab taken and send for culture and accordingly antibiotic prescribed

As you are having bile stained vomiting history also better to investigate with USG abdomen also for further work up

CBC and ESR done to rule out chronic infective process if ongoing....

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician for examination and discuss all these with him /her
