What causes nausea and diarrhea?

This whole week I been feeling like imma throw up and I been getting cramps like if I was on my period and when I have to poop I have to go right then or I'm just going to poop all over myself sounds gross I know and I been getting headachs and I have to pee more than usual. Any ideas to what it might be?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Feeling of throwing up, abdominal cramps like period pains, unable to hold the poop once it comes and headache indicate that you are suffering from severe intestinal infection called entero-colitis.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool.
Tests of blood and urine.
Clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
Symptomatic treatment like antispasmodic for the cramps, Domperidone for the nausea you are getting and Paracetamol for the headache.
Plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solutions to maintain the water and electrolyte balance.
Home made food, boiled and cooled water.
All these things will help you to get a relief.
