I have been nauseated for 7 days, have had mild heartburn for 7 days, which have rarely experienced in my 59 years. I started on HMR diet 7 days ago, which consist of a lot of vegetables, fruit and protein shakes. I have been constipated and feel very bloated after eating. I have terrible gas from protein shakes, and pain in my stomach. Also, have had a mild, dull headache pretty often. I have been addicted to sugar for two years and when I stopped I experienced some lethargy, but has since subsided, but still experiencing the other symptoms that I explained.
