My husband has been sick for about 2 years. They found nodules on his thyroid, and he had half of it removed 2 weeks ago. He will get sick, nausea, throwing up a few times, no energy, lack of appetite, and it lasts anywhere from 2-6 days. It was occurring about every 6 months, then went to every 3 months, now it is about once a month. We are not sure where to start, as far as tests are concerned. We thought it was thyroid related, but it has continued. He has lost about 40 pounds. When this occurs he will go days with very little food. He also drinks about 8 Diet Mtn. Dews a day. Any help will be appreciated. We have so many medical bills now trying to figure out his thyroid problem that we can not just do 100 tests. Thank you
