What causes nausea along with headache and stiffness in the neck?

I am a 53 year old female. I have been suffering from nausea symptoms (similar to motion sickness) for the past week, light sensitivity, mild headache, stiff neck, fatigue and ringing in ears. The only medication I take is flonase for allergies. I cannot figure out what is wrong.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms might be caused by side effects of Flonase. But before coming to any conclusion, I would like to know:
- Since how long your are using it?
- What is the dosage and frequency?
- History of any disease?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
