What Causes Nausea Along With Fatigue And Headache?
3 adults in the same family are having weakness, sick at stomach, and headaches. This comes and goes but never completely goes away. If one is not having these issues another one is and sometimes at the same time. This has been happening for about 3 weeks. We also eat the same food. Could it be something in the house making us feel this way?

Please get a stool culture done to rule out enteric fever or typhoid
This could be a outbreak of typhoid
