What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness And Low Grade Fever?

Hi. My 15 year old has had three episodes over the past 6 months with the following symptoms. Each episode seems to last for 4-5 days. Symptoms are nausea, dizziness, light headed, low grade fever (99.7) for one day, hot flashes, floor moving, feels out of it - things are surreal. We are seeing a physician - I m a mom trying to find answers.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to intestinal infection and it may be bacteria or protozoa, in either of these case stool examination is must but it can be managed on tentative basis with Metronidazole 200 mg twice in day for four days, if treatment fails then culture sensitivity of stool and routine blood test is advisable, to rule out the intestinal diseases, like ulcerative colitis, infections and others, hope these information helps.
I find this answer helpful
