What Causes Nausea After Taking Septra DS?

HI, I am taking sulfamethoxazole -TMP DS for UTI but this medicine give me terrible headache/nausea/constipation/disziness but i am felling better from Infection. today was my 3th day.. med. was prescribed for 7 days... the emergency prescribed. another patients feel all this efects too?

Sulfamethoxazole -TMP DS can cause nausea, constipation, headache and dizziness in other patients too. Though severe headache is infrequent, it is experienced by some patients too or the other symptoms might aggravate it.
I would suggest you to try to complete the course or if the side effects are intolerable, contact your doctor for alternatives if the UTI is not yet completely cured.
