General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your husband symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the Naltrexone use.

I suggest using Raglan to relieve nausea.

I also suggest avoiding food that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
