What Causes Nausea After Ingestion?

yes. I get nauseated after I eat and it can last up to days and then it oes away. Nothing specific , food wise triggers it. Any Idea??
I had h pylori and I have pernicious anemia. I was scoped and the bacteria is gone. I had surgery for edometriosis as well. Can this surgery cause vagus nerve damage??

Hello,

Off and on nausea which can last for days along pernicious anemia and H pylori infection indicates the problem with stomach.

First of all, consult a Hematologist for proper evaluation of anemia and get treated accordingly and correction of anemia is very important.

Consult a Gastroenterologist for Upper GI Endoscopy, tests of blood for CBC, liver and kidney function and any other tests as indicated.

Take a PPI like Pantoprazole, Domperidone and antacids and see the results. Rest of the treatment as would be required.

You need to adjust diet to supplement most of the iron and such deficiencies and have proper management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
