ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having acute rhino-sinusitis.

Use Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop , mucolytic , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast combination . Yes you need antibiotic , start antibiotic Ofloxacin + ornidazole combination.
If you don’t get relief , ENT examination & investigation become essential.
Thanks and regards.
