What Causes Nasal Congestion, Ear Pain And Headaches?

started out with eyes and nose running. took rx claritan 1 a day. nose stopped running, have bad pain in rt. ear using drops 2nd day. bad toothache on rt. jaw and no teeth in the back. could this be my sinuses or something else? I am also having headaches, this has been going on now for about 5 days.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complainit seems like infection in Sinus leading to headache and teethache and ear ache is due to Ear infection and all this seems to be secondary to cold..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopic examination of ear and PNS view x Ray of sinus can help in confirming the cause..
You can be advised to take Antibiotics like Augmentin, Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Motrin, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, anti allergics like Claritin or Benadryl..
You can start putting antibiotic ear drops like like Gentamycin, decongestant nasal spray containing Xylometazoline, Steroid nasal spray, and saline nasal irrigation..
