What Causes Nasal Congestion And Dizziness ? How Can It Be Prevented ?
I am 37 years old and have recently suffered a cold. Although I feel generally better I still have some nasal stuffiness and feel a bit dizzy. Is this normal? When is this likely to pass?

Since you are recovering from viral cold, it is best you are on plenty of fluids like water and fruits juices. Try to minimise your work load if you have any body pains. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Try to do brisk walking exercise when you are able to for 40 minutes a day. If you have any problem inspite of these measure you may need to consult you Doctor. Have you done Haemoglobin and other blood counts testing.
