What Causes Nasal Bleeding?
my son is 4 and for the past 8-10 months he has been having random nose bleeds most of the time its when he gets really upset but some times jus out of nowhere and its like his nose pours out blood and hes a really healthy child loves his veggies n take a vitamin daily

In small children common cause of bleeding from nose is finger nail trauma due to itching in nose because of infection.
I would advice you cut his nail regularly & maintain hygiene of hands .
Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations and treatment.
