General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The nose bleeding seems to be related to the injury. I suggest you not to worry.

I recommend to sit down and firmly pinch the soft part of your nose, just above your nostrils, for at least 10-15 minutes.

I also recommend to lean forward and breathe through your mouth. This will drain blood into your nose instead of down the back of your throat.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
