What Causes Muscles Spasms In The Hands?

I ve been having muscle cramps in my hands for the past few days. I did have a stomach flu for 24 hours but bounced back after a day or two. I do use a mild laxative daily, not always resulting in a movement. I m most concerned because I did have a heart attack 3 years ago and was looking on here, and read about low potassium?? Should I be concerned?

I think you should cjeck your potassium level in blood. Eat 2 or 3 banana every day te take more potasium.
