What Causes Muscle Weakness?

i am noticing that my strength has dropped. my muscles feel weaker, my bones mainly by my joints ache. i have noticed more so when walking up a hill. on average i sleep about 5 hours a day and dont get much sun light as well ever now and then but do work a lot.

Hello,

As I understand the history, you may have some vitamin D deficiency and due to this, you are having muscle weakness and joint pains.

Taking an oral supplement of vitamin D should help you get relief of these symptoms. But it will be better if you take sunbath along with medicine.
