What Causes Muscle Weakness After Taking Protein Powder?

For 5 months I ve been taking large doses of protein powder (2 to 3 times a day) which includes about 1 and 1/2-2 tsp. of tumeric and about 1-1 1/2 tsp of green coffee bean. Other ingredients added are bee pollen, flax, maca and chia. I ve also been eating large amounts of protein. Not on the Atkins diet, but way more protein than normal for me. In the last two months, but especially in this last month, my muscles are feeling very weak. Sometimes burning with use, especially in the forearm. The arthritis in my finger joints is really bothering me, something that is new in the last few months as well. I teach fitness classes and exercise regularly, but am finding after classes I am very depleted and tired in my muscles. I was advised that too much tumeric can prevent muscles from rebuilding after working out. A little inflamation is good for repairing muscles I was advised. I am wondering if too much protein, tumeric or green coffee bean extract could be causing these syptoms. I am feeling very weak. Not really exhausted from working out, just weak in the muscles (arms and legs-quads and forearm) Thanks for your help
