What Causes Muscle Spasms Underneath The Breast?

I have a muscle spasm underneath my right boob it seems to be connected somehow to my esophagus I have other Chiropractic issues but this feels like heartburn chest hurts feels like I swallowed a hot ball of coal ore something I ve tried Tagamet Prilosec Pepto magnesium Norco for pain this is the second day I m wondering if I should go to the hospital I don t know what they could do for me but I know that this isn t right feels like there s something stuck in my lungs chest area neck last night could not sleep woke up the whole bed was soaked very tired and do not feel good trying to nurse myself with soup and hot tea don t know what to do I just had an endoscopy but that was 2 weeks ago everything was unremarkable now I have this can you help me
