What causes muscle spasms throughout thoracic region?

Been having burning, throbbing, pulsating feeling in RUQ w/severe muscle spasms throughout thoracic region. The muscle spasms are there all the time, but the pain in abdomen kind of comes and goes, but it is more frequent as each day goes by.My blood pressure became out of control over the last couple of weeks, so my physician tripled my meds.Could this be the problem? And what would cause my blood pressure to get so high when it was otherwise under controlled w/50 mg metoprolol.Thank you for any suggestions you may be able to share with me.

After going through your query I concluded that you there are having severe muscle cramps, cause of this may be likely vitamin and trace elements deficiencies. You can get your vitamin D3 level done. If low it can be supplemented. For pain relief you can take analgesic such ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C with be helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.
