What Causes Muscle Spasms Throughout The Body?
Hello, this is the second day in a row that I ve had uncontrollable muscle spasms throughout my whole entire body & I can not get it uncontrol and it has affected my ability to type are pretty much do anything any suggestions would greatly be appreciated as to what could be going on?

hello sir/madam muscle spasms through out body can occur in dehydration. did you do any physical activities recently.
