What Causes Muscle Spasms In The Inner Thighs?

4 days ago I had sclerotherapy in my right leg. Since then I am experiencing cramps charley horse sensations on my inner thigh. I had an ultrasound on Thursday and the doctor felt there wasn t a clot issue. Yesterday no discomfort. Today in theater part of the afternoon I started getting some of the mildest of sensations that a charley horse was imminent. I have been monitoring the issue and I have since noticed a heaviness in the bladder/ ovary area. I think I may have the beginning on a UTI. My concern is if I need to be worried about a DVT or another issue due to the onset of the pain returning? What symptoms would I need to exhibit that would warrant a trip to the ER or a return to my doctors office.
