I have had serious muscle spasm that starts in the right calf outside below the knee in the hollow and it very painful and pulls my right foot grotesquely to the left and uncontrollable for several minutes. I started drinking propel and has gotten lot better. Do I stl! need to see Doc for it? YYYY@YYYY
